About Us

Suwanda Industries started in 2009 as a community services project to support household income of the war affected communities of marginalised areas in Sri Lanka & women headed household in Sri Lanka.

Established in 2011 as a joint venture company between N. Ranga Rao & Sons (PVT) Ltd. India & Eswaran Brothers Exports (PVT) Ltd. of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

N. Ranga Rao & Sons, manufacturers of Cycle Pure Agarbathies, established in 1948 and remains to date as the pioneer manufacturer of premium quality incense sticks exporting to over 72 countries across the globe.

Eswaran Bros, one of the leading exporters of Ceylon tea, established in 1948 and continue to pioneer in exporting branded value-added tea to many countries across the globe.

Founders Sri N. Ranga Rao & V. T. V. Deivanayagam Pillai strongly believed in giving back to society, a part of the gains. This belief has remained a passion through successive generations in the Ranga family and the Eswaran family. NR Foundation & V.T.V Foundation are the non-profit charitable trusts that manage the CSR activities.
